Sujit Choudhry is the expert’s expert when it comes to constitutional law, especially when it’s Ukrainian in nature. This proven leader goes above and beyond the call of duty in democratic politics and more than holds his own in a speech, lecture, debate, policy discussion and more. How can he not?
