Sujit Choudhry brains behind constitutional law


Sujit Choudhry is well-known for his expertise in the comparative constitutional law. He is currently the director of the Center for Constitutional Transitions. He was part of the top legal experts in Kiev on July 10. They discussed the semi-presidential system of the Ukrainian government and talked about constitutional challenges the system is encountering.
